We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanskart If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product and would like a refund, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the process.

Eligibility for Refunds –

When your return is approved, To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • We are requested that whenever the parcel reaches you, you must make a video or photos.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Received incomplete product or Wrong product size.
  • You initiate the refund request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products, such as customized items as non-refundable, are not eligible for refunds.but in the case of Damaged or Defective Items are refund policy applicable.

Refund Process

Refund Options

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. You have the following options for your refund:

  1. when your order will be cash on delivery\cod\pay on delivery

All refunds will be credited in your Sanskart E-Wallet as store credit which you can use for future purchases on our website (sanskart.in).

when your order will be prepaid (UPI, networking bank, debit card, credit card) All refunds will be credited in same bank, Then the customer will have the choice whether he wants to get the credit done in same bank account or in the Sanskart E-wallet.

Note Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 8 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Cancellation policy –

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.

Refunds for orders paid through Sanskart wallet will be refunded within an hour of cancelation.

Note – You must cancel within 12 hours after ordering an item(s). once item(s) dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
